Elizabeth R. Urabe has always had only one goal; to translate the invisible energies of Absolute Truth into form and color so that an ever-increasing number of people might have more direct access to the intangible inner realms of human existence. About Me – I first visited CoBe Mountain Retreat in September 2019 when all I thought of it was a place to crash for the night after a hot air balloon festival. On my way to the festival, I decided to drive to the retreat directly instead of spending time at the retreat, and that day changed my life forever. The energy at CoBe is something I didn’t know existed and being unaware about the energies and its impact it took me a couple of days. I am one of the many who would vouch for the transformation experienced at CoBe, I was luckier to have started my Spiritual journey after meeting Grandma Beth. I was at CoBe only for a day and while leaving I knew it that I will be back soon.
The energy drew me, and I was back to the mountains in less than 3 months – in January 2020, and then again in March 2020, both the times I was there only for a day but that one day was enough for me to rejuvenate and recharge but not enough to absorb what this sacred place had to offer. Post that, the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and it took me one year to return to CoBe in March 2021, and this time it was for 3 days, which later turned into a week. The one week in solitude, turned out to be a life changing period in my life where I not only realized my purpose but was also able to reset my life by letting go of the unwarranted baggage and anxiety that I was carrying unconsciously. And the reason why I am writing this blog is because I got the opportunity to reconnect to the truth of my Being and follow my path of Spirituality.
